RDTI Client Manager - Location: Sydney / Melbourne
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the end-to-end management of Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive claims. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, analysing financial information and preparing accurate, compliant claim documentation.
The role combines finance, client engagement and technical analysis. You will work closely with clients to understand their business activities, assess eligibility, analyse eligible expenditure and support the preparation of robust R&D Tax Incentive claims.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Claim Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the R&D claim process
- Work with clients to understand their business activities, projects and supporting documentation
- Liaise with client finance and technical teams to gather relevant information
- Support the preparation of submissions to AusIndustry and the Australian Taxation Office
Financial Analysis and Claim Preparation
- Analyse financial data to identify eligible R&D expenditure
- Prepare detailed claim calculations, including apportionments and supporting schedules
- Work with client finance teams to extract, validate and reconcile relevant data
- Assist in preparing accurate and compliant claim documentation
Project & Process Management
- Manage multiple R&D claims cross a portfolio of clients
- Track progress, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely submissions
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, efficiency and quality

We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and technically minded person with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies to join our team.
This role will involve helping implement AI and automation solutions across our own business, while also supporting AI advisory and implementation work for clients.
You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
